Delivery & Installation Policy - UAE

Standard eligible orders are processed within 0-1 business day after order confirmation and payment verification. Delivery is completed within 1-2 business days across all UAE delivery areas.

Custom-made, made-to-order, out-of-stock, bulk, or project orders may require a separate completion and delivery timeline. Any separate timeline will be confirmed before order approval.

If you need your order delivered on the same day it is confirmed, please contact our logistics team to check availability. Same-day delivery is subject to a rush delivery surcharge and is not guaranteed — it depends on scheduling and distance. Call us on +971 (0)52 889 2288 to confirm before placing your order.

We deliver across the UAE, including Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain, Al Ain, and other UAE areas.

• Dubai and Sharjah city areas: Free delivery for orders over AED 2,000. Orders of AED 2,000 or below are charged AED 100.
• Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Dubai outskirts, and Sharjah outskirts: Free delivery for orders over AED 3,000. Orders of AED 3,000 or below are charged AED 250.
• Other UAE areas: Free delivery for orders over AED 7,000. Orders of AED 7,000 or below are charged AED 500.

Custom-made and made-to-order furniture is delivered within 1-2 business days after the item is completed and the delivery date is confirmed. Delivery fees and free-delivery thresholds follow the same UAE area-based policy shown above unless a separate project quotation is agreed before order approval.

Your sales contact will confirm the expected completion date when your order is placed.

All orders delivered by Al Asala Furniture include free standard furniture installation across the UAE. Our team will assemble and install eligible items at your location with no separate standard installation charge.

For self-collected orders, installation is not included. If the customer requests Al Asala Furniture to provide installation for self-collected items, the installation service fee follows the same area-based fee structure as the delivery fees above.

Non-standard installation, wall fixing, electrical work, site modification, or special project installation may require a separate quote.

To ensure a smooth delivery and installation, please note the following requirements and conditions.

Access requirements: Our team does not require a customer representative to be present during delivery and installation. However, all necessary access permits, authorisation documents, and site entry requirements must be arranged and provided in advance. This includes any building access passes, parking permissions, lift reservations, or contractor entry approvals required by your building management.

Right to decline delivery: Al Asala Furniture reserves the right to refuse delivery and installation under the following circumstances:

• The delivery site presents a safety risk to our team or the furniture.
• The required access documents or site entry permissions have not been provided.

Non-refundable delivery charge: If a delivery is declined for either of the above reasons, a delivery charge will apply. This charge is non-refundable.
