An international design and architecture firm needed two one-person office phone booths and one two-person acoustic meeting pod ready before 9 AM. Al Asala checked the access route, coordinated stock and installation, delivered before midnight, and completed the three-pod setup at approximately 3 AM.
Project Brief
At around 7 PM on Thursday, 18 June 2026, the procurement lead of a Dubai-based design and architecture firm contacted Al Asala with an urgent requirement: one two-person Aetheris office pod and two one-person acoustic phone booths, installed before the next working morning.
The pods were needed for important video calls beginning at 9 AM. The buyer told us he had already contacted multiple office furniture suppliers in Dubai but had not found a team able to confirm the complete overnight delivery and installation.
What Needed Solving
Pre-Dispatch Site Checks
Before confirming the schedule, the team checked the building location, lift size, corridor and door dimensions, room measurements, placement area, access hours and relevant site conditions. This prevented the most common urgent-delivery failure: the product reaching the building but not reaching the final room.

Delivery and Installation Scope
